This site is information, not a contract
Pages on this site describe our services, fleet, and yard. They are published so a visitor can understand the work we do. They are not an offer, a quotation, or a booking. A charter, a build, a repair, or any other engagement binds us only when both sides have signed a written agreement, or when we have confirmed the work in writing on our letterhead or email from the operations desk.
Accuracy
We take care with the facts we publish. Vessel particulars, capacities, photographs, and availability can change. Photographs may show a sister hull or a vessel in a typical condition. If a figure matters to your decision, ask us to confirm it before you rely on it.
Marine Intelligence and third-party maps
Any live traffic or map view on this site is provided for general awareness. It is not a navigational instrument, not a substitute for official charts or the master’s judgement, and not a warranty that a named vessel is in a given position. Third-party AIS sources may be incomplete or delayed.
Intellectual property
Text, photographs, drawings, and marks on this site belong to PT. Agara Global Maritim or to a licensor. You may view and print a page for your own evaluation of our services. You may not copy the site for a competing use, scrape it systematically, or use our name or marks without written consent.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the enquiry forms, attempt to break the site, or send unlawful or harmful content. We may refuse or delete a submission and, where the law requires, report it.
Liability
To the extent Indonesian law allows, we are not liable for loss that arises only from your use of this public website — including a decision made on unpublished or outdated particulars — except where that loss is caused by our fraud or wilful misconduct.
