This notice is written to meet the Personal Data Protection Law of the Republic of Indonesia (Law No. 27 of 2022) for a company website that takes enquiries and keeps a short operational record.
What we collect
If you use the enquiry, careers, or contact form, we receive your name, email, telephone number if you give one, the service you selected, and your message. If you telephone or write directly, we keep the details needed to reply. The web server may record a technical address, browser type, and the page requested, for security and to keep the site working.
Why we use it
We use this information to answer you, prepare a quote or operational plan, consider a job application, and keep a record of the correspondence. The legal bases are your consent when you send a form, and our legitimate need to secure the site and to keep a business archive. We do not sell personal data. We do not add enquiry details to unrelated marketing lists.
Who we share it with
Messages are delivered to our corporate mailbox. The public website is hosted on our web server. If the local mail endpoint is unavailable, an enquiry may be sent through FormSubmit, a form-delivery service, so the message still reaches us. We do not pass your details to third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose information if Indonesian law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and application notes are kept for as long as they are useful to the work you asked us to do, and then for a reasonable archive period in case of a later dispute or a follow-up. Server logs are rotated in the ordinary course of hosting. You may ask us to delete a record where the law allows.
Cookies
This site uses a small set of cookies and similar storage. Necessary items remember your language and cookie choice and keep the forms working. Optional analytics or marketing tags stay off unless you switch them on. See the Cookie Policy and the Cookie Manager.
Your rights
Under Indonesian personal-data law you may ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, withdraw consent for a future use that depended on consent, or ask us to stop using or to delete information where that is allowed. Children
This site is intended for business enquiries. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through these forms.
